Hype: Clinical decision support by itself improves outcomes

Success depends on clearly understanding the relationships of clinic culture, office space, hardware and environmental infrastructure, software selected and implementation.

Objective 3: Establish clear, manageable expectations of an EHR
Must balance initial additional cognitive effort to realize longer term benefits to patient care

Objective 4: Formulate an EHR Implementation roadmap for your practice
Establish the goal for your practice and don’t allow scope creep
