The following site leads you through the steps to look up the Certified EHR ID number for vendors, required for attestation:

Vendor Name: type in vendor name, for example "allscripts" and then hit search button
Product column: Find your vendor (for example, Allscripts MyWay EHR) and click "Add to Cart"
Click on "Get CMS EHR Certification ID" to get to the Certified EHR ID number for vendor
Print out the page or make a record of the Certified EHR ID number for your vendor
